Sesame Greens(picture to come)

Ingredients:
2 cups green beans, ends snipped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup prepared chicken stock

Heat oil in a large frying pan, add sesame seeds. Cook over medium heat until seeds start to 'pop' (about 3 minutes). Add beans and chicken stock; put lid over pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes until beans are tender crisp. Enjoy!

Summer Spinach Salad
Again, that is not this salad but it does look similar.

Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Candied Pecans (also seen them called Praline Pecans)
Goat cheese
Raspberry Vinaigrette

So obviously wash all the fruit and vegetables first, and chop up the spinach and lettuce, slice the strawberries. Add it all to a large bowl with the blueberries and pecans. Now cut a chunk of the goat cheese and crumble it over the salad (I've had this with feta instead of the goat cheese but it's just not the same). I add the vinaigrette to each individual bowl full and you don't need a lot, this salad has so much flavor already!
